AT 18, I was a Pipelayer (Sewer, Waterline, Storm Drain) for a Utility Construction Co.
Was an Infantryman, tractor/trailer driver, then Letter Carrier with the Post Office.
Now I'm retired, due to Spinal fusion and history of Bladder Cancer.

Beautiful carvings and form line designs Rod. I studied NW coast native art as a side interest at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and lived in Sitka where    I owned and operated commercial salmon trollers for may years.

You designs look like a mix between northern and southern styles.

I'm a merchant marine captain, I run an offshore pilot launch on the approaches to New York harbor week on week off rain, snow or shine.

I bring pilots (harbor captains) to and from ships entering and departing NY harbor 15 miles offshore in the Atlantic like the USS New York on he maiden voyage.

I used to own and run salmon fishing boats in Alaska before this

Anyone know of any large flight schools/ universities that will be hiring CFI's? I think that teaching others would be a very interesting and fun course if my AF dreams dont work out.  :)

There are plenty of universities with large flight programs (few from the top of my head: ERAU (AZ & FL), USU, & Dowling). But as far as I know they like hiring people with experience, so you might need to work with some "small" school for some time. Also you can always teach on your own plane.

17 years ago I sold my scrap metal business to a large corporation and retired.
Soon after I started work on a software program that has been more successful than I could ever imagine.
And of course it my the famous TEEN SQUELCH HACK.
Millions of copies have been sold around the world.
As a side line I also own and operate 1 900 Love Ewe..... $15.99 per 3 minutes.
