Vdallas got saluted at least 500 times in saturday and I mean it was a standing ovation.  Hardly a dry eye.

Enable it only such that perks have to be transferred whenever you salute.

Make saluting only for people in different countries than the saluting pilot.

This would sharply decrease the brags that are disguised as salutes on channel 200.
