Think it will be awhile before we see this again ->

<S> To all tankers, I didn't do it alone, Aron saved my rear bringing me supplies when someone shot my engine out, Hooter for covering me, and the knight tankers at 89.

I'd love to see the Film 32. I'm sure you saved it. Trying to think what Fools would keep upping at a camped spawn that was far from available Air Support that would have to fly a few sectors over mountains.  :headscratch:

I glanced at the stats, but most of the kills belonged to SWranger, midway (they have him 70 kills between those 2), and a a few others filled in the blanks.

Remember, it wasn't like he was to their front. It wasn't like he was exposed. He wasn't like he didn't have the 2nd best tank gun in the game (Firefly and Panther are almost identical and only 2nd to the King Tiger, but w/ a 4 second faster reload).  His targets were the mostly the softest tank in the game (Panzer IV).

I challenge him or any other circle jerker, er... I mean spawn camper to start camping with something that creates a challenge, just like I challenge the picktards to take something other than the fastest of the fast.  What fun can it be to have it handed to you in a crutch plane/tank with all the advantages?  I'd rather work my arse off in an ENY 20 aircraft or a lesser tank and lose by an inch than to land Y number of kills in a crutch plane or tank.

Doing what he did takes luck.  Meaning, not to get bomb****ed, to be in the right camp site, at the right range, in the right tank (armor protection), have people willing to deliver supplies, and most importantly to have people dumb enough to keep uppin'.  Sure, the aim still needs to be true, but how hard is to dial in a tank sight and know that the largest spread front to back is no more than 700 yards?

Engagements are where it is at (meet in the middle, aka Trinity Tank Town).  That is where the fun is.  That is where the "skills" of a tanker or squad shine.  Circle jerking, er.... spawn camping is just a sad event for all involved.

That's a whole lot of tanking for not having driven more than 2 miles or actually took the battle to the enemy.

As far as calling SWranger a shade. Thats just retarded. He has the same "never give up attitude" a lot of people have.
Some people enjoy a challenge .  Breaking any "camp" is a matter of patience and persistence.

Then both of you need to get new reading glasses. Mr. Dragon didnt post the other comment I made about SWranger after the fact.  Try again, Dragon.  Mop up your mess.

Think it will be awhile before we see this again ->
Belail landed 100+ kills not 4 months ago. Tankies have been landing 30-80's all week. As for someone else's comment of landing 50 kills in tank is just as hard as 50 kills in a plane lol please. Opps,  I'm in danger of a look at me post. :devil

No you didn't.

You said shadow.

In either case...

We all understood what you were inferring...

Obviously not.  You didnt read my addendum to that post.  What was trying to be conveyed was that SWranger, with about half of butsher's 100 kills, could appear to be someone's shade/shadow/fake account to pad scores. Please go read the post following and get off the band wagon.

TT offers a battle field where wide open terrain is plentiful and sparse trees offer scant cover.  TT offers multiple spawn points where campers do not have the advantage but perhaps on the first kill.  TT offers long distances where the defender (camper) doesn't have a distinct advantage of using a perked tank to camp them retreat to land his "victories".  TT offers much more in terms of an engagement and far less of a circle jerk... er... I'm sorry, I meant spawn camp arcade shoot where the challenge is absolutely at minimum.  It is sad that more people dont communicate on 200 and say "meet me in TT", because Trinity has the best TT set up in Aces High.

Funny how you call me a troll, but yet you post that kind of "look at my camper score" and expect all "three cheers for vDallas!!!".  Sorry, no "hip-hip-hurray" from me.  I have plenty of enjoyment in gv engagements, the camping I will leave to you and your likes.

EDIT: "SWranger" sure does look like someone's shadow account.   :aok

Why did you say that?

Instead of just saying this the first time, especially since you took the time to edit the first one...

It can seem like like "shades" to some people, especially in ground vehicles where spawn battles go back and forth and people do rack up kills, especially against each other, however looking at the typical "Heavy tankers" the kill list is almost the same mainly because some are dedicated tankers.

In a plane however, it would certainly be a shade if you seen someone shot down a dozen times by one person, beyond a dozen or two then it would be a shade, however if you look at the top tankers, not far off if you count the sorties and time in a GV.
