Go to your local hobby store, most of the time they can help. Iv seen employees take customer products in the parking lot an help them out.
When I took it to them the first time they didn't look at it to lightly, for some reason they really dont like Exceed stuff because they only stock Hpi and Traxxas, but I'm going back to get a helicopter so I might as well give it a try

Its running way to rich and the idle is extremely high, Leaning it doesn't help and will actually make it stall, if I can get it started the wheels crawl like they should really slowly until the engine warms up then they start spinning very fast, There's no one with experience with these in my family and my friends are of little help and can only do what I tell them to, I've sort of been left on my own.  Also the engine is making some very unpleasant sounds as in it sounds like metal is clanking against something and I'm to scared to restart it now because i'm afraid i've damaged the engine already. I didn't have this problem before with my last one so i'm really stumped.

When I start it up I heat the engine with a heater until it reaches the 115+ degree area and try to start it, i've also been told to drip a tiny bit of fuel on the air filter, so its not starting cold, the coldest its been today was when I ran it tonight when the temp was around 45, but again I heated the the whole engine. I might need to set the needle's back to default because i've been trying to get it to idle less and when I tried running it on Christmas my dad read the book wrong and told me to turn the master/highspeed needle 3 times counter clockwise, seeing it was wrong I screwed it in all the way and back out 3 today but its running way to rich, and again leaning it seems to have little effect, and I do change them in small 1/8th increments.

If you've lost me I took a video on the last tank I Ran (Tank 2) tonight and uploaded it hoping someone could help me, TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN THE CAMERA IS 3 FEET FROM THE ENGINE!

looks like the carb needel valve is bad get a new one, also these are going to run about 280 happy, also the noises you here are a lose crank and needs to be attended to ASAP.

If its brand new and you didn't actually do anything it's probably fine. Play. With. It.

Figure out what it needs to get going smoothly then run it till it breaks, blows up or otherwise renders itself inoperative then get a new one.

Take apart the old one and learn something about it.

yes the master needle it happened to mine, before i can tell you how to see if the crank is good i need to know what motor you use.

i need to know who makes it becase every engine has a diffrent way of taking the back plate off and on some there is a seal afeter the back plate that is where the air intake is and the spinning rotor that lets air in. breck the seal and your engine wont run. some however just use a gasket insted of a little seal.

EDIT: just thought of somthing check your exsuast pipe! is it a after market one? or a factory one? take it apart and there may be a blockage in it that is causing air to push into the fuel tank (thats how these pump fuel most of the time) at to fast of a rate causing it to be extreamly rich. i say this because even tho it sounds rich im not seeing the blue smoke i would think for it to be rich meaning u must have a blockage some where.

Sounds like a vacuum leak in the crankcase.. 2strokes will "run away" till they frag, if they have a vac leak.. Richen it, and it revs higher and higher? Sure sign of a vacuum leak.. Thing is, a vac leak in the crankcase always fries the bigend rod bearing, VERY Quickly! That is probably what you hear rattling..

Any vac leak in a 2 stroke is almost instant death. Usually the engine is damaged before you can diagnose the problem.. Especially with one of those tiny nitro motors.. Seems the smaller they get, the more vulnerable they are..

When running a engine lean (getting the best fuel to air mixture) gets you higher temps and more power. Run it to lean you will blow the engine up. You you want to ADD more fuel which is "fattening" the mixture.

if its running fat you turn the carb needle to make it more lean. thats just comon sense

his engine is running fat not lean btw

Because that's what you're supposed to do.
