Bailed pilots over or near a base should = CAPTURED once they touch the ground.

I highly doubt the pilots 45 was modeled in the first place just for 'fun'.

Instead of pilots, these guys should be guarding the map room...

one pilot with an ACP vs 10 highly trained and heavily armed paras = one dead pilot

nuff said :)

But the pilot only needs to kills the red-shirted Ensi... err, Private Expandable to completely defeat their mission and break the fighting spirit of his comrads.

Obviously ... Slade is refering to these pilots who abort their missions while still over the base, or run from their planes before even getting airborne, being ARRESTED as Traitors and Deserters ... Please HT ... We REALLY NEED those firing squads !!!

Storch has nothing to do with my number one chute ranking and removing it has no effect.

I find it funny that nobody has mentioned that the people who gained the most were the guys attacking the field by being given kills from the bailed storches that they surely did not earn.

Bailed pilots over or near a base should = CAPTURED once they touch the ground.

Why?  It was never an automatic thing for the guys who really had to bail.  If you want to make a gallant stand against all odds at your own field with a 45, who cares?  Maybe you've stored your cartoon alcohol in the maproom for your cartoon pilot and it's important to him to protect it.

Seems to me this is another much ado about nothing bit

But it does give way to AHII's silliest (possible) event. All it'll take is an 'OK Corral' terrain and pilots bailing into it for the gunfight. A bottle of scotch and time to kill and I'd be tempted.
