In number 3 the canopy looks wrong for a 109, no "razorback".  It reminds me of a Blohm and Voss style design, but I haven't
found anything that looks like the model yet.

No 2 is a Heinkel, but can't remember the designation.

No 3 is an Italian a/c.

MiloMorai said it is a Italian AC.  Waiting for him to tell me what it is.

Maybe he's thinking of a Caproni CA-380 Corsaro, which looks similar

I don't know what it is, but the lines of the aircraft are really characteristically Italian. From no other country do you find that distinctive roundness to the fuselage, and especially the canopy and rudder shape.
Looks like a pair of Macchis or FIATs thrown together.

The tail gun is indeed from a Heinkel and it's a 7.92mm MG17. An MG151/20 20mm was almost 6' long.

Also the last one is a Bf 110. There was some more extravagant nose art to be found on German aircraft during the Battle of Britain. I have a profile with similar nose art (may be just from the same unit or..) listed as Bf 110C flown by Guenther Specht of I/ZG 26 in 1940.

Arghhh!! you beat me to it! :bhead

I had just finished looking at the german designs (the Arado 530 is interesting) and I finally decided that the canopy HAD to be Italian in design...and you beat me :(

Something new we learn.  "In March 1944 it was mistaken for a P-38 Lightning and attacked by a Macchi C.205. The aircraft survived by performing evasive manoeuvres, but it was so badly damaged that it was grounded for months."  Looks like i almost called it when i said they are trying to look like a P-38.

LOL, there was only one made.  It may have been on test flight when is was attacked.  The Italians have a nack of attacking their own AC rather then Allies.
