hi guys , i sent a email mail to skuz asking him if he thought this idea would be good and he would not delete it , but i have had no reply , so here goes
 
drop tanks

how many times have u flown in a mission with a redundant drop tank , well i have the answer , why not if we could have a explosive charge on drop tank , which is filled with napalm we could destroy soft targets ike ord or m3s or m16s at spawn , with a explosive charge on drop tanks it will give another part of ord , in which we have not looked at before , al good critism would be good but i think im on a winner here

Drop tanks were filled with fuel, not napalm. They also weren't set to explode, as tha'd make a pilot slightly uncomfortable.
Might as well ask to add laser beams and cloaking technology.

but they could be instead of fuel once in hanger , you have choice to either have drop tank with fuel or napakm on centre point , a lot of mission organisers put drop tanks on where they r not needed , with this option they wil be used for killing stuff including prop4 who h8s me

They put them on there so that once you punch the tanks you have enough fuel to rtb if needed and so that when you show up in a turn fight you dont have all the weight of 100% fuel.

The game doesn't model fire damage which would make napalm useless.

In Bud Anderson's biography, he mentions a flight he and Yeager were on and grew bored.  So they dropped their drop tanks on the deck and turned around and strafed the drop tanks to see them blow up.

thats why i emailed skuz , to see if he thought it would be ok , but he hasnt replyed yet , it maybe a good idea see what happens in bb , take no notivce of prop 4 he h8s me he is always saying my ideas are rubbish i , dont see any of his ideas on here, he may be my best freind in the real world , but im impartial and straight of duck over the waters back
