<S> Flossy old Gal.  You didn't keep the hard drives?  Shame on you!  This from you as you were always the one that actually paid attention to the small details.  What the heck is the world comming to?  Don't answer that as we all know it's down a vortex into the toilet. :)  We just wanna see ya come back gal! :salute
Hi Doc.... yeah I know.  I may still have it somewhere around but it's not something I could find easily.  Otherwise, I AM back, though I never really left.  For a while I only played in the scenarios but as these are becoming less frequent during Euro-friendly timezones, I have come back to playing in the MAs again on a regular basis for the last week or so.  :)   :salute

I was one of Tone's Dweebs of Death on Warbirds... I think we got together in 1995. Since then I've maintained my acct as -goob- but haven't flown much in the past ~5 years until recently. Currently getting my chops back.  :rock

Hi Goob, an alumni of the DoD as well.  I was -zath- in WB    :salute

Old School... Close.. Started AH March of '02... played several years.. Remember many of the names mentioned.  I was mdbaker then...  Member of and at one time XO and I believe for a short time CO of the 106th VAG.  we did a lot of Lanc missions.  Had a blast with it. Started into R/C airplanes... got out of AH...  now back since Oct '11... Loved the old days, looking to make more memories.  Any of the old 106th still around?  New handle?  I remember flying along side Flossy many a night to capture a base... The old Blue Thunder guys...  "Thanks... for the memories......"

Hah, theres an old name for ya! Hiya ammo :P

Used to play as -putl- back in the WB days (Started in 1.04r2 I think it was?), good times; remember your name in the buffer the odd day, but not much more (its been ages) :P Between the changes from WB1-2, messing around with DOA, PR and RW,etc; was alot of cool new things to enjoy when the internet was still young.

Started AH as a bit of a 2 week spaz back in the day, jumping from 2 week accounts to 2 week accounts; enjoyed the beta, didnt fly under a paid nickname till this one. Remembered when RAM's car did a flip on the spanish motorway and posted here about it, small community back then.

PS: Was totally like "ZOMG" when I found out this forum account still worked, lol; epic.

PPS: Was going through some old posts of mine and found this list:
"Nash
Zigrat
Hangtime
Saw
Citabria
StSanta
Ripsnort
Mistu
Torque
Spatula"
Epic names, for epic nostalgia! w00t, lulz

December 7, 2001.  I believe I'm in Flossy's screen shots of the final flight.

You are :)  I was rebuilding an old box for my daughter, found a bunch of old AW stuff from that fateful day.  They are archived in amongst a stack of HDs I've got in the computer room.  I'll have to sort through and dig those back up.

Nothing clever here.  Please, move along.

Hi Ammo! I remember you guys flying around in the jugs. It inspired me to learn about wingman tactics! Seeing all these old timers makes me want to jump on again. I have this stupid Iracing bug I cant get rid of.

I started around 93, then flammed out in 97?  HT paid to fly back then.  I started back up about 10 years later.

I was a trainer back in AW.  I got to fly for free, but I worked a lot of hours as a trainer, then burned out.

This. If you don't remember the G10, you're new.

...If you don't remember the FUBAR squad active in the "MA" you're new

Good thread.  Lots of names I hadn't seen in awhile  :rock

AW lived until November 2001.

December 7. I was at a trade show in Indy when a 327th squaddy called me and told me the news.

Zath! :old:  You're the first Dweeb I've seen 'round these parts in about a decade.  :salute I still have my DoD prop beanie with my original 90s tag "-ghub-".  Those were the days (of dying early and often)!

Yep, still got my Mark II Beanie of Doom from tone.  Somehow one side of the propeller split long ways years ago, it makes it look more manly.   :rofl

A few other dweebs are still on AGW these days with the other old farts of yesteryear.
