I calle dental board yesterday, they are closed over the weekend so I get to call again tomorrow as well as the dentist that did this to find out EXACTLY why this was done and what was said between him and my wife.  She says the only thing that she signed was a release about constraint, he had mentioned fixing a small cavity in her lower front tooth she thoght a filling not this friggin crap.  just have to wait until tomorrow to do anything.  yeah I thought everything was supposed to be in writing also

wait until tuesday to call, tomorrow is a federal holiday government buildings in NH are closed.

There is an ad playing on the local radio stations where I am from that asks parents if this kind of Dental Scam has happened to them and their children. It then invites them to contact a lawyer or law office that is filing a class action suite...The monetary compensation that the victims will receive if they sign up for the class action is a tiny fraction of what they could get if they pursued their matters individually in separate cases. I hope you find justice in this matter. <S>

so I just called the dentist he said that he found "severe decay"  from where I look I dont see it.  Oh yeah and he turned it around and said that he explained what was going to be done to my wife.  I highly doubt it though because I know for a fact if she knew the outcome she would have walked out the door
