mmm no it wont - thats nowhere near enough ords to drop HQ. its only 8x4000lbers (if you're flying slowly enough, 6x4000lb if not, all assuming you can pinpoint bomb) which is alot less than 32klb damage (nearer 28k?). the HQ requires 37k damage of direct hits ...
