Ah a fine Irish colleen!

Well my Paddy's day is nearly over. A few beers but I started late. I had to go to work, such is the life of a skydive pilot, ou don't even the the national holiday as a day off. Very unpatriotic. But the Irish weather intervened and the runway was flooded so all flying cancelled.

I got home to meet my sons, Mammy had taken them to the Paddie's day parade in town. They were very excited, there was a dragon, zombies, ghosts Chinese people and, pause for emphasis, AMERICANS! Which apparently were very exciting indeed.
My wife wasn't sure but they were either New Jersey cops or Massachusetts State Police. But they were AMERICANS!
Clearly you AMERICANS have new fan!
My wife commented that if it wasn't for all the foreigners taking part in the parade. It would have been boring.
But that's Patrick's day, it's not just Irish anymore.
