it's legit...  no need to go to an external site to check your pc, tho'... you can do it yourself and the FBI tells you how...

A dns changer is not 'losing the internet' :)

Funny though if the FBI had half a brain they'd just redirect all HTTP requests to a page telling you you are infected.
