BeeLowK does exactly what the OP describes. But if this was fixed, I'd lose my inflight comedy.

To the 190/net exploiter -> :lol

When you and 39 of your friends all horde the same area all at once it just may slow down the internets.

I never noticed the lag they say with other 190's but have seen many a floppy Spit.  :headscratch:

I've seen lag on every plane at certain times.

This.  So by all means, send more in.  It's not like the handful with enough E to be workign the single 190 will get a solution without 30 more friends all wrestling for the same cubic acre of airspace on the 190's six.

I don't think it is the max roll rate of the 190 that is the difference from other planes. There are some that are very close to it. The special thing about 190s is the roll acceleration. They reach the maximum roll rate nearly instantaneously, faster than the smoothening code can deal with. Net games such as AH use extrapolation to predict the movement before the next network update arrives and use it to smooth the movement as seen by the FE. A "jerk" (not a player, the change in acceleration) as happens when initiating a new movement is difficult to predict.

It's the roll acceleration that gives this wonderful "snappy" feeling for the 190. P38Ls can roll very fast at high speeds, but you can notice how the roll rate builds up over a very short period, but long enough to be noticeable and for the smoothening code to extrapolate correctly.

Thank God... an intelligent response.
