We need a yawn emoticon.
Why should it need to be dictated to talk in a reasonable, respectful manner?
These are "Rules" that you should've learned from your Parents.
Plain and simple.
If you had younger children, would you want them to be in the company of
a drunk, cursing fool?  
There are kids that play. If you wanna test Mods, you're gonna lose.
I've never been text/voice muted, that I can recall in 10 yrs.
Very easy to speak without cursing, try it.
By the way, I curse a lot sometimes. Time and place.

BS they give warnings. I was never warned and it wasn't even vulgar "DietyCurseObject" (insert the correct words please) and that got me a 60 minute mute. First time, never warned. I might even have the video, but that would take some digging.
