Of course depends on criteria. If the definition is squad with lots of high ranking sticks, one answer. If it is squad that flies best actual squad ops, another. Loose Deuce won season 1 of the Squad Dueling League before I joined, so only going by observations. Several squads had much better 1v1 pilots but when tasked with wingman fighting outcomes changed.

Seems we need another season of SDL to sort it out properly.

I wish we could make an actual dueling league that is governed by pair of veteran players not linked to a squad that is participating to stop teams from "not being able to find the right time" just to screw other teams over, or advance without a fight.

This is very much true, I would have a mental break down trying to participate and organize at the same time, either I play or I don't - I wouldn't have a problem with either but not both at the same time.
I've ran my share of tournaments for Silent Hunter III/IV, Panzer General 2, Panzer corps etc, its more nerve racking because no matter how much you organize things can fall apart rather quick causing a headache.

One reason why I was curious to join the FSO admins just to get a feel for the pressure guys like KillrDan put up with (he ran our Axis Scenario as CIC) and I'll tell ya he must of been ready to kill me
