Some mods need this to work. Install is pretty easy, just read the readme.
http://skse.silverlock.org/I personally think it's 100% easier with the Steam Workshop for Skyrim. Just select the mods you want and they automatically download and install it for you. There are only a handfuls of mods that aren't available on the Steam workshop.
I could use some advice, calling the Skyrim players.
Its about making mods working. I found this page http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/categories/ , downloaded the mod manager, looks like its doing something, but there is no effect on some mods. Interestingly enough, the graphical modifications seems to work while the more complex ones just dont want to...
Thanks,

The graphics mods (textures/meshes) are automatically override by the game if there is a Texture or Mesh folder in your Skyrim game folder. (C:Program files/Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim) Mods that change the game play, "complex mods", have to be activated. When you launch the game, click on Data Files and if you put everything in the right folder, there should be a check box with the mod's name. Just check the box and it'll work.
Although it's 10x easier to just download straight from the Steam Workshop, which does everything above automatically.
