we have no weather either.  but back to your op, if you look at a base with missions taking off, you realize what the effect of prop wash would be, specially in the cv's?  it would be sometimes nearly impossible to take off.  this has been suggested many times, but the frame rate hit would be huge as your cpu would have to keep track of several dozen prop wash around a furball.  and if given the option to disable it, then most would just disable it anyway.

Just imagine how difficult it would be to take off if they modeled engine torque or stalling

Auto-take off to the rescue!  :noid

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

Engine torque and your own prop wash and stalls are completely modeled.

What is being asked for is the effect of other peoples prop wake effecting your plane.

I understand, and I understand that it may be impossible to model prop wash due to technical limitations, however it bothers me when people are against something due to a marginal increase in difficulty so I made a tongue in cheek comment about things that make take off "difficult" that are already modeled.
