Mandating the use of safety equipment is just protecting the stupid. It's against the principles of Darwinism and ultimately bad for our gene pool.

The quality tint companies have a certificate sticker that is put on the B pillar near the car's ID plate.

It identifies the tint percentage or states legality.

Thats hillarious too! People get the job done legally and then apply another layer. The trick a lot of officers use is to hold their ticket book on the inside of the glass. If they cant read it you get written up.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

It's nearly impossible to find a car for sale here (even from the dealerships that does NOT have tint on ALL the windows.

I love living here. There may not be a whole lot to do but we've got our freedom.

It's been proven in Arizona that is it is possible to eject a 350+ lb woman out of the passenger window of an early model toyota PU when it rolls if she is not belted in. She did go out the window, the door never opened.

they don't even check emissions on 96 and newer. they plug into the computer. no codes, all monitors set=pass. max 2 monitor not set from 96 yo 99. max 1 2000 to present.
their presumption is that if monitors are set, and no codes, then the car has clean emissions. i've tested cars after i passed them by the computer. nearly 1/4 of them would fail an actual emissions test.

Sweet......in virginia, we were using a dyno as far back as the mid-90s.

I know a guy who got put in jail when he tried to use a stand-in car to pass the test for one that couldn't.

it's only been a couple years since we've stopped actually testing.

in the early 2000's we ran most everything on the dyno. we used the asm5015 test. that was actually pretty brutal on some carburated cars.
