on the other hand my gf and I go to a restaurant a few months ago. she's white I am not. the place is almost empty as it was early lunch. the hostess ask us to wait a few minutes so we say ok. 2 white guys walk in and the hostess says follow me this way and have them seated. we didnt file a lawsuit or said anything to the hostess other than it wasnt right turned around and left.
for every case people that is filed of frivolous discrimination suit there's hundreds and thousands of people that clearly have a case but they chose not to do it.

You're implying that they were seated ahead of you simply because they were white and you are not.
Were they the store owners? The owner's kids?
Did they have reservations?
Were they meeting a party already seated?
Were they known regular customers?
There are non-white folk who filter all their observation through a lens of prejudice. If you go to a large corporate office and tell a hundred people there that someone brought free fried chicken to share for lunch. Guaranteed, at least one person is going to jump out of their chair and say "What are you saying about me!"
