Aircraft sequences...
« on: August 29, 2012, 05:15:51 PM »
I wish to see landing gear of all airplanes match their real-world counterparts for time. I understand why engines are limited to 8 seconds (vulch and all) but the landing gear is just too unrealistic. Please give the landing gear the same span of time (8 seconds at least) even if you cant make them the more realistic time (up to 20 seconds in some cases).

Some other things like the B29 bomb bays would be nice to have realistic also.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

-1 will adversly effect game-play & not significant enough to change. Some thing are shortened because it's a game. I don't want to spend any more time than necessary doing redundant tasks.  :salute

No, at a certain point, these kind of details will make planes distinct from each other. I agree. They're already taking the time to model retraction sequences properly, I wouldn't mind seeing accurate sequence TIMING as well. It's landing gear, for crying out loud. If you're using it in the middle of a fight, you're doing it wrong.

I like the idea as well.  I think it's a good idea.  I do think it would be a misuse of valuable HTC resources to implement it though.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.
