Which mods would you like to see on the Source Engine?

So, I have studied programming and graphical designing and started a new team. Me and 8 of my friends would like to make a mod. But we can't agree on one thing. Everyone has a different idea which nobody agrees to. I personally wanted to make a life simulator (Sounds lame, i know) But we would like to see suggestions. So, bring it on!  :D

I gave you a couple.

How about a sailing simulator?

Including "tall ships", brigantines, Bermuda rigged sloops, etc.

There aren't many of those...

Finnaly, something serious. Yes, a Sailing Simulator sounds like a pretty good idea. I played Ship Sim for about 3 years. Simulators are on my top 3 list of gaming themes/genres. But i want to see more ideas first, because one is not enough.
