A few years back there was this infomercial of a paint coat that claim to be basically bulletproof, it was only for sale briefly the Military bought the formula and I hear they personally took back every bucket sold. Not sure what they use it for.

Reminds me of the crap that was sold on an infomercial....an oil additive that you put in so that if the engine somehow ran out of oil, the parts would like magic stay lubed and your engine would not seize up because of it.
