Graphics Cards
« on: October 17, 2012, 09:28:50 AM »
I'm not a computer wiz but which of these is better for gaming?

I currently have a ATI Radeon,  I'm thinking about installing a GeForce 200 Series.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Locate your current card on this chart, then see how low it currently is. Anything above is faster than it. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

Then you can use those same pages to see which card fits your price range and if it's going to be any faster than your current card. Generally ATI gives more bang for buck at under 500 dollar price range.
