Sunka that wasnt quite owning... as you couldnt move your plane!  hee hee  but if it makes you feel any better, right after that I upped a jet, made  a pass on a 38 (moron was flyin it) and he stik stirred just enough to where I lost sight of him and hit his plane with my left wing... in I go!  gahh!   

Belive me! I'm happy it was you over many dweebs out there that  could have found me flopping like a fish over the water.
I did not know one could rip the ailerons off the hurricane so easy btw,i felt silly.

So the past three days of playing have been complet heck,if a bad thing can happen it has.From losing my ailerons diving in a hurrie (I'm new to the hurrie) and SkyRock finally owning me because of it,To slashing buffs that are low ,as two country men crawl right up his six,he fire's at them till i pass and 1 ping there goes my wing,they shoot him in mean time.
We are taking a base, an la ups he dose a few loops about 300 off the ground, i dive take a snapshot at him, turn around a hanger and tree,la gets my kill.
Went to go to a fight on climbout 1 puff of ack second puffy ack blood on windscreen,third puffy tower.
I dive on a hurrie about 1k behind him im at speed in b pony about 2 k above him he rolls over i do a wide yoyo back at him snapshot go vert never dumping speed,at the top of my climb this hurrie II catches me and shoots my tail off,ReVo the first hurrie in a long time kills me.
This and many more things have happend in the past three days to kill me ,i in the years playing have never been in such a funk,i am trying my hardest to play through this.
So we all go though funks,my question is when you get in one, what do you do if anything to get back on the happy side of life?

I always just take myself to the TA, but because it is fun to just fly around and practice fighting, flying formation and simply relaxing without any bullets being shot. You can always learn more in the TA then you knew before. I just find the area so relaxing and the trainers are a blast to fly with.

oh and have a beer or two.

What I do when I hit a funk is switch up what I'm doing.  If I've been spending most of my time flying speed planes and fighting high alt, I'll switch to something twisty and go find a low fight to get into.  If I haven't jaboed or flown a buff in a while, I'll devote an evening to porking or offense.  I just find it really helps to switch up what I'm doing pretty much completely, and allows me to get my mind out of whatever rut it's in.

So..i tried it all ,different style,early war planes.Three days and about 20 assist i think,or more, but no kills.I really started thinking HTC did something to me. Shooting a wing off ,exploding a plane and knocking a tail off is not good enough anymore for me,(really i don't think HTC did something)but what a funk im in.
I gave up flying,been about 3 years seance i been in a GV,got a lot to learn,and so far i got 2 kills, and every death i have gotten was well earned.
Ill keep trying to fly,but for now (i never went three days with only assist,something is broke with me i guess).
