Nothing I posted is wrong - Skuzzy doesn't moderate every single thread and post and 90% of the time you need to report an offensive post for it to be Rule #4

My post was accurate and relevant to the thread...yours served no purpose except to say 'hey guys I've been to HTC's office
That's it.  Lots and lots of AHers have been to their offices but I suppose you needed to say something in order to pass off your first hand knowledge of how Skuzzy spends his time.  Unless you're Skuzzy, you are only speculating how he spends his time and that's about all you contributed to this thread... Speculation.

Hey, knowing is important right? Lol

...and I was told he doesn't do the General, that's HiTech's domain. This could explain the sometimes inconsistent interpretation / application of the rules.

I'm merely repeating what Skuzzy told me when I asked about inconsistent application of the rules.

Regardless of whose domain it is, no one is reading and moderating every single thread and the rules are only rarely applied because not many people use the report post button

I have posted no speculation in this thread, only facts

The Ignore list is a beautiful thing. I've opened threads and the first five comments don't show, good feeling

I hear you Mr. Coombz.

Interestingly lots of people seem to think the rules are inconsistently applied. Even Mr Coombz, who was born on the internet, had to enquire  :old:

Well, inconsistently applied is how it appears...because most people here don't know how the system works, the same as most people didn't know how the ingame chat moderation worked until it was spelled out in a recent thread (and even then one particular specimen failed repeatedly to understand it).

Hence this thread, responses like muzik's, and my query in the past which led to Skuzzy explaining the facts to me.

The rules aren't inconsistently applied, they simply aren't applied at all in the vast majority of cases. Just start spamming that report button on posts that clearly violate the rules and I guarantee you will see more moderation of abusive posts.

Given that I can down you a minimum of 35% of the time, by your own admission, and that was months ago, and I have improved since... ergo likely can down you now 60% or more... and given that Bruv still pwns me today like a cheap toy, practically 100% of the time... therefore your two films don't impress me much.  I did watch them and could tell Bruv likely appeared to be distracted while you were likely at the top of your game.

:headscratch:

So... now you go on and on about two fights in your whole time in Aces High with Bruv, whom is now the triple TOC champion :rock and knowing that I, myself, can and have pwned you with relative ease, occasionally like a cheap toy... to which you respond with "meh"...  well... it's fairly obvious to me that... well... let's just leave it there.  Ok?  :)

Until and unless you were to come prove otherwise in a best out of 10, given what I know and have seen with my own eyes, until proven otherwise, the fact is and will remain...

Bruv > who / Shane (and likely now who > Shane) :aok
I will gladly stand corrected should you be able to prove otherwise. :old:

As far as AKAK, pray tell how many months ago that film is dated.

Regardless, I must say I <3 Shane :rock for his attempt at trying to show he is up to the level of awesomesauce that he often proclaimed, although, at times, inaccurately, imho.   But that's ok, we all make mistakes, on occasion, as I did when I inaccurately stated that I thought I could beat the awesome skills of Bruv roughly 5% of the time.  I have since corrected my thinking and apologized for said mistake in a previous thread.  :aok

Now, way way more than nuff said. :old:

Okay Who let me explain something to you about "pwning". I had several K alt in a seafire above akak the other night and saddled up on him pretty easy. But I didn't fire as I felt it'd be too cheezy of me. He ended up slamming into the ground trying to shake me off his six. You would can that "pwning' akak.

I on the other hand would not. Because I know every single player that has ever this game can.... and has been beat if the chips fall in the right place. I know for a fact the akak would beat me 10 out of 10 times if we were to fight on equal terms in the DA. I highly suspect you won't DA anyone because you know what the outcome would be.

I've watched you fly in the MA and your tactic is nothing new. I've watched you watching me for instance. You just waiting for me to be not looking. Or while I'm engaged in another fight you'll be grabbing alt or building E as I use mine up.

You wouldn't have that kind of time to set up your kills in the duel. So how about you shutting your mouth on this "pwning" crap until you actually grow a set of balls to back up your big game talk in the DA.

Take this Shane guy the the DA and if you beat him 35% of the time ...then and only then have you earned the right to brag about "pwning" someone.

Lighten up Francis

well, technically he'd have to win 60% of the time, as most duels are best out of 5, but IMO, "pwning" would be winning all 5.  if you just won 3 out of 5, then you just beat the guy, "pwning" is complete victory, where there is no doubt the better pilot!  :aok

QFT you're absolutely correct.

But you know considering the mentality of Who, even if he only won 1 fight it'd be a total pwnage on his part

Minimum?  If anything it's maximum as you're unlikely to improve on it.  :aok

I was far from the top of my game. I repeatedly reminded you in-game that the level of my passion wasn't anywhere near my "prime."  :old:

Have you already forgotten the other films of myself and bruv? I'm old, what was the outcome of those again?  :headscratch:

I think the community has spoken as to the level of my awesomesauce...ness  :aok  Not that I need approval of any sort from anyone, just using your line of reasoning.

Let me know when you actually improve and I might be tempted to come back at 50% passion and still pwn you more than a substantial amount of the time.   :ahand

<does the maths... figures I have at least 4 more years, plenty of time to upgrade this '05 PC and find a suitable replacement for my spazzy joystick - the one I fly with!!!>  :joystick:

Neither of us are getting any younger (you know what they say about the eyes and reflexes being the first to go,) but neither are you seeming to be getting any better - according to the community, you know? Despite the random one-off kudos from a nublet here and there.

You say you won't join the ToC because you "can't win." I've never participated because I know I'd win.

Go re-read the thread started by Randy1 - lots of good advice there that even you could benefit from.  :bhead
