At least Texas has the death penalty, and they will hopefully give this guy an express ticket

not to justify it but the killer suffers from ptsd.  he probably had a breakdown.  feel sorry for the 2 dead and the killer.  i dont think he should have been taken to a shooting range, then again I am not an expert.
