While you're waiting for this wish to be implemented, go grab some six-sided dice out of your Monopoly set and roll like this:
Roll One:
1 = American, 2 = British, 3 = German, 4 = Russian, 5 = Finnish, Italian, 6 = Roll Again
If you roll a 5, then roll again. 1 or 2 = Brewster, 3 or 4 = C202, 4 or 5 = C205. Go fly.
Roll Two:
1 or 2 = Fighter, 3 or 4 = Attack, 5 or 6 = Bomber
Roll Three:
If you get Fighter, 1, 2, or 3 = Single Engine and 4, 5, or 6 = Twin Engine.
If Attack, 1 or 2 = Single Engine, 3 or 4 = Twin Engine, 5 or 6 = GV.
If you get Bomber, 1 or 2 = Single Engine, 3 or 4 = Twin Engine, 5 or 6 = Four Engine
If the combination you rolled doesn't exist (i.e. Jap twin-engine fighter), then either roll again or up the closest match.
Roll Four:
If GV, 1 and 2 = Tank, 3 or 4 = M8, M18, M3 with the 75mm, or 251 with rockets, 5 = Wirb, Ostie, or M16MGMC, 6 = Jeep, 251, or M3 with supplies.
For all other results of Roll Three, assign a number value for each of the possibilities in that category. Roll as many D6 as necessary to account for the result. Example: You rolled a single engine German fighter. Roll two dice, 1-11 equals the corresponding fighter, 12 = Roll again.
If you rolled an attack aircraft that can carry a combination of bombs and rockets, roll one more time. 1 or 2 = Bombs only, 3 or 4 = Rockets only, 5 or 6 = Bombs and Rockets. If you have different choices for bombs, then assign a number value to each choice and roll.
If you rolled a bomber that can carry different loadouts, assign a number value to each loadout and roll.
In all cases of an outlying number, roll again.
Sounds like a blast to me!!!
