+1 on Amphib Assault/surface action fleet, with 1xBB, 2xCA, 4xDD (actual destroyer, not DE); need the BB to have scout plane, LVTs (and CVBG would not have any LVTs), and PTs.
+1 on player spawn-able DEs or DDs, to include torps; big perk requirement, though.
-1 PTs to land troops. While PTs did in fact occasionally land special forces, they were not used in mass ground assaults, which is what our LVTs, half-tracks, and Goonybirds are for.
+10 for LST (perhaps spawn-able from above mentioned amphib assault fleet) to act as temporary mobile VH. It would have to have some serious restrictions, such as only one at a time active from a fleet, and perhaps require someone to remain "on the bridge" for it to remain active.
