problems loggin into wot

wot did it again and messed up the installation for some of the players.  here's a fix that has worked for some who cant log in.

more info:   just found out that before you do the above to flush your dns cache and restart your networking hardware.

the problem with wot is that they took down a server for maintenance.

WOT is pretty decent . occassional probs logging on when they do maintenance.
