The one with R. Lee Ermey? Yeah, was rather good.

Mbailey
80th FS "Headhunters"

Ichi Go Ichi E
Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.

When the game is over, the Kings and Pawns all go into the same box.

Last Man Standing

Bruce Willis and his two 1911s .vs about 50 mafia goons.  Aside from Bruce's salary, the next biggest budgetary expense was bullets.
Maybe not classified as a "war movie" per se but there was a hell of a lot of gunfire in it, I can tell you that much.
Snuggie - voted "Sexiest Man Alive" for the entire Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere!

Last man standing.. That was an ODD movie.. Bizarre mixture of styles..

Interesting soundtrack, on basically a Ripoff of Fist Full of Dollars..

Didn't think they had widebody 1911's in the prewar dustbowl mob days.. :lol

But, wasn't Fist full of Dollars, a ripoff of a Japanese Samurai film???

Fist Full of Dollars is an uncredited remake of Kurosawa's Yojimbo while Last Man Standing is a credited remake.

OK, I knew it was something like that, couldn't remember the details..

On the beast, that was interesting movie too.. Very political in its own time..
The clash of the old Stalinist Russian vs the new young Russian societies,
played out within the tank was very interesting.. And the driver being the drunken
conniving toady, as an example of the dark underside of All Statist societies..
And the Afghan communist, sucked into the whole mess, just gets wasted..
Yep, good acting in that one too.. With a good ending..
