And this is the crux of it here, and why all the trolling is off - it is not the ban, or even how the ban was done extra-judicially (we call that corruption in the industry btw) but that the entire squad takes the hit by losing CiC duty (which KN has a proud history of doing a bang on job with that sort of thing) and that we and specifically I (since I represent myself here) have to deal with this unnecessary drama.  Blame perd you say?  Well, the post made here is good and fair - and it deserves a fair 5 mins without instant dismissal because it is perd - that is bias and unacceptable (unless you are a fan of dictatorships).

 No offence but what you are doing on here IS poking and prodding!!!! Maybe you should be suspended. Stop acting like a 15 year old kid and make constructive critisizm. We all need to try to cooperate to resolve this. This is not an elementary playground where everyone wants to pick on the 1 kid. FSO is the best thing about AH and I really don't want to see it get ruined because someones feelings got hurt. We all need to grow up!!!

Perdweeb, speaking as a fellow CO and as someone who got the LCA suspended as a squad for an entire month from FSO, do your time and then come back next month and lets enjoy the reason we are really here...to enjoy the fight and fly with friends. Its obvious by the support from your squaddies that they like and respect you, and look to you for leadership and direction. Time to be that leader and clean this up. Don't let them sour their attitudes about FSO, by having to defend you on the BBS.

I know that the Kommando Nowonty has never really cared for me, that's ok, I do like and respect you guys though and what you all bring to the special events. And I thank you all for the help you all gave me during the Road to Rangoon scenario a few years back.

You are making a rule for a single player because this player doesn't always agree with setups or rules in that setup?

Sounds like you change the rules around to get rid of players who don't agree with you or other CMs.

I'll take the lead on this one.  First off, those are your words, not mrmidi's.  I find this type of post useless, derogatory, and ignorant.  You want to know what someone means by what they say, then simply ask if you do not understand.  Do not make the same mistake with me.  If you do not know what I am saying, then ask.  Do not presume to put words in my mouth.  It will get you nowhere, fast.

Anyone can express an opinion, BUT if you do so in a disrespectful manner, then do not expect to get a cookie for it.  That has always been the case and will always be the case.

If you treat a volunteer with disrespect, I will gladly ban you from the bulletin board.  I have a very strong disdain for people who treat volunteers with disrespect.  If the CM treats a player with disrespect, that CM will be dropped from the team.  I have no patience for that either.

Now, if you need a line drawn in the sand as to what constitutes "disrespect", you will not get it from me, nor anyone on the CM team.  If you do not know what it is, that is your problem, not mine, nor the CM teams.

You can accept it, or not accept, but this continued goading is stopping now.

Posting anything from an email, without express consent from the sender is not only unethical, but it may be illegal in your state (it is here).  It will get you banned from this board.  If you have a a problem with that, it is your problem.  Same for PM's  Those are private communications.

I have personally seen my PM's to a number of CM's pasted all over the CM Forum. I have been banned for a PM to CAP1 with suggestions to improve his poor design.

A former member of the private forum released the information. In the end, the words can't be proven because they were sent via email, thus the person could've edited the information. I don't feel a need to pursue that endeavor. I was merely making a point that it seems certain people in this community can get away with things that others can not. Furthermore some people are struck down by desperate measures like a Private Message is reported then a suspension is carried out, a post in a private forum is reported and a suspension is carried out, and the most recent a private email is reported and a suspension is carried out without consulting the FSO CM Team or HTC Staff.

To me, and I am most likely wrong, it seemed like the FSO CM CO saw an opportunity to strike and did. No due process, and little justification of the suspension. If an email is considered private, how and why am I suspended? By your first post Skuzzy, there is no reason why I should be suspended from FSO because of something I said in an email to another person concerning Aces High.

I do however applaud KN for sticking by the Dweeb.  As someone who has flown with squaddies who love to do nothing but create drama at every opportunity, it gets old.  Gold bless you guys.

I know I personally don't care.  Your persona does not allow many people to like you.  You know this.  Despite the ability to reread and edit before you press submit, you routinely take the more offensive of two paths.  I haven't been here for much longer than a year and I already dismiss everything that follows your avatar as intentionally provocative trash.  The sad part is, you obviously aren't this way to everyone in your squad.  I doubt anyone would want to fly with you if you were.  So this must mean you enjoy acting the way you do toward 95% of the community.  Even if this is truly a borderline suspension, are you surprised that so few are coming to your aid?
