British by a long margin, it's not a show format which has copied well to other countries because of the format and it's the British hosts which make it as successful as it is.

Australian version especially, makes you cringe watching it.

I've only seen the U.S. and British shows, between the two it's no contest the British show is far better.

I prefer the British Version over the U.S Version.

I also prefer Motor Trend's 'Roadkill' series on YouTube over U.S Top Gear.

unfortunetly if I remember correctly there aren't that many twin seaters, and the used the same plane for each guy

Perfect combination of hosts.

Top Gear would work best if they brough english hosts to the various other countries.

Part of the magic is thier interactions with people not from the country of the show's origin.

Yep, brit Top Gear is the original and the others are just badly made ripoffs. It's funny how they tried to copy the format by introducing hosts which mimic Clarkson, Hammond and May but obviously look like cheap copies doing so.

Yes the BBC version but that's largely due to Clarkson and his interaction with the other two. I think everyone has pointed out that's the missing piece with the Aussie and American versions. If they got the hosting right they'd be just as good. But the Brit version could go bad if one or other of the hosts were replaced.
