I was the shy jock who was a slightly above average student. I never had trouble with the girls, either.

I graduated #55 of a class of 110 so technically I was in the top half of my class.

I played football, basketball, baseball, and sang in the choir all the way through, and ran track until my freshman year. I was also active in church youth group and am an Eagle Boy Scout. I was and still am 6ft 1in, and weighed 205 lbs when I graduated HS in '92, and now I'm 235 lbs (I played college football 215-225 lbs, so I'm not too far off the path). I graduated college on the 7 year plan for the 4 year degree.
Today, at almost 40yo I'm not on any medication, I'm happily married with 2 young kids (10 and 7yo), enjoy my work from home job (claims adjuster), and am very much enjoying life.
