i do it and i'm not as leet as you i'm sure...doesn't matter to me if i get shot down in the process, i get a new plane every time.

Icon changes made defending against gvs suicidal. I'll do gvs when you ground looks like actual ground and the trees will stop protecting against shells.
you need to turn on some graphics details, the ground looks like ground on my system...especially just before my plane hits it.

Likely, what you really may need are anti-depressants and/or ADHD drugs.

Yay a free 10 minutes ride to finally kill AI gunners and then maybe the planes hiding in it. Ho and I shouldn't forget to kill vh first so the invisible flaks don't get me. Make that 15mins then. Maybe I should bring friends in a mission and maybe join the bishops horde, this looks like so fun!!!!

Concerning the ground you should launch a modern game some day, see what our computers are capable of. Having a big video card for AH is like giving jelly to the pigs.

i have and i know the differences, i can tell you that there are specific reasons you will never find 300+ people on the same 500 square mile map...but then those rose colored glasses you're wearing won't let you understand the technical reasons for it.

and how is it bad to ask for warthunder like graphics? Because we won't have 18miles view distance? What a loss would that be  :lol

yep this is true, if anyone dares to criticize Aces High and the infallible HTC then they should leave immediately to play another game

this community does not need or want passionate players who care about the product they are paying for and want to see it reach its full potential!

300 players on a big map doesn't make a game. That said in planetside 2 there can be hundreds of players on a map, with fantastic graphics.

"technical reasons" given by HTC. Same technical reasons that stop us from having directx 11 effects, post processing, more detailed terrains with destructible trees, and 2GB video cards getting memory overload while displaying crap?

Listening to you guys the customers should adapt to the product, but that's not how it works.

I'm off to bed.

ask all you want...it would be you and a select few with enough money to afford the computers that can handle the load with the number of players you find on a single map here. i don't spend enough time playing video games to spend that much money.

ya, again, it's easy to do considering the map isn't 250 square miles in size and most of the background is just a picture that you cannot get around. it's like the sun in ah, you can see it but you will never get to it.

what effects does directx 11 allow? it's not a game engine, all it does is increase the hardware requirements needed to get performance increases in some 3d applications that comply with all the other requirements. i can't argue with the terrains and destructible trees, would be nice. you want to see a 2gb video card getting overloaded, try one of those games you think have such great graphics on the scale you find in ah...that would include preloading all of the textures for the maps, planes and the skins, not to mention the shadow textures.

I really like the improvements for the S.A.P.P members got with in their P-38s like the margarita blender and the weight reduction and engine boost.

ack-ack

so what is with ACK - ACK 's 38 zoom performance and why is it so much better than the non SAPP members and he gets the one ping kills?

old flyer named bluekat or bluekitty said SAPP guys have some aimbot / batch code, that gets embedded into the sticks profile, seems only to work on CH stuff :headscratch:

Whether you think you can or cannot, you are right!

Lol with warthunder/planetside 2 graphics I could imagine even the best machines slowing down to a crawl when the bish gangtard squads horde heads towards a base....think ill stick with Ah2 current graphics least the impact from that is minimal on my machine.

I know what you mean tho nuke it would be nice to at least have the option for the guys who have really beefy machines, but I do think something needs to be done with this hording no idea what tho I was playing the other night and bish had 88 players and nits had 42 rooks had 54 was pretty pathetic. Makes me think some of these massive squads should switch sides to just to even it up a bit. (im not saying it SHOULD be done just something that bugs me)

Some games allow you to choose between dx9 and dx11, im not great with computers but when the game ran like crap on dx11 on my old machine I used to switch it to dx9 and it ran a lot better cause you had lower graphics options.

While I was away there was quite a few changes new terrain textures lots of new graphics options there was no shadows theres been quite a few planes added im quite happy with the way the game has come along from a development point of view its just the hording seems a lot worse yeah it used to happen a few years ago I know that but damn its got way out of hand since then (not a fact) again just from my point of view.
