Well, with an ENY between 2 and 5 (in case of planes) that's the simply first ones to be grounded. Higher limits happen less often than lower.

Aye. Just a surprise to me as well as a revelation. I honestly thought the cost 0 trumped the perk
balancing engine. But I am not at odds with this, to be honest. I rather like it.  :)

I have a related question: The other day in the DA I noticed the 109G14 had a ENY of 30 while the 109F was 2o IIRC. In my opinion, and most others as well I'd think, the G14 is a much more capable plane then the F model. So why the higher ENY for the G14. I found that strange. I know ENY makes no difference in the DA but I'm assuming the ENY mirrors LW when all numbers are equal.  :headscratch:

As you say, ENY has no function whatsoever in DA, so the actual numbers are totally irrelevant there. Could be 995 vs 1, it wouldn't matter. So I would not try to find a "higher purpose" in that numbers. ;)

But wouldn't the ENY in the DA mirror the ENY in all arenas?

That would be impossible, as ENY values are different between the different arenas, each has it's own set. :)

there's no way it could as the ENY standard for each arena is different. I figured they would only mirror LW because the DA includes the complete plane set as opposed to the EW and MW arenas.

Ok, LW, then. I believe the question is mainly about the potential disparity there.  :)
