Are you looking at ENY or OBJ?

That is rather odd, considering neither is a perk plane.

ENY isn't 'cost' .... right?

What does it have to do with Olds having his Lanc grounded? The only thing I
can think of is ords disabled at his field -  but the message would have said that.
What is this '12 or less ENY' disabling? Does that mean that numbers may actually
ground a 0 cost plane in late war?!

That is precisely what the ENY limiter is for.

that is how eny works. if population numbers on 1 country are at a disadvantage within a predetermined percentage, then eny kicks in.

The defensive capability of the B-17 vs the bomb load shouldn't make it a 20 when compared to the same on the Lanc at 10 though, in my opinion.  B-17 at 15 would be more appropriate.

Huh. And I figured it only popped the perkie birds, FTMP. Must be a rare blue moon
on a fifth week with the planets aligned for the arena to wompyjaw itself enough
to flatten lanc tires.

(I just checked and it let me place some on the RW.)

check the population number and switch to the highest population country...you will see the eny at work.

then again, considering the switch time limits...it probably isn't worth exploring at this point.

Well, with an ENY between 2 and 5 (in case of planes) that's the simply first ones to be grounded. Higher limits happen less often than lower.
