Hmmm, I still can't get it at 1:22. I'm only finding it slower off the runway to 5,000ft though - perhaps my P-38L has flat tyres or something?   Can you send me a film please? juzz@fastlink.com.au

Used p-38 default climb speed?

There was error in it so that it climbed faster with slightly slower climb-speed.

Maybe fixed.

Whoops!  Juzz is right, I am wrong.  I don't fly the P38 much (until recently) and didn't test it with wep.  Later, I decided to test the p38 with wep and light gun load out.  Guess what?  I didn't choose a field at sea level.  Sorry for the useless thread.  Apologies to all.  Thanks, Juzz for your persistence.  If it wasn't for you, I would have spent the next month saying "how the hell did that guy climb up to me?"
