NYC Bikers chase down SUV

"Invincible" on a Dirt Bike as a few of those turd burglars?       It is a shame that the victim in the Range Rover didn't realize his vehicles full potential and NEVER should have stopped until the 5.0 were right there with him.  

It would of been nice if the kid ran over as many as he could - frankly I would of in a heart beat. You don't threaten a mans family or his kid - funny a new video just surfaced the guy who is paralyzed is said to be "non aggressive" by his family, yet he enjoyed taunting the NYPD by reving his bike over and over.
yeah, bunch of assclowns. I just found 4-5 more videos that they posted of them threatening other people, one old woman about 75 pulled out in front of them instead of letting them all pass, they surrounded her kicking her vehicle.

To bad she didn't go all "Flea Market" on them it would of looked like this:

Looks to me like there was some trash talking going on and the one biker slowed down to stop the vehicle at which time the vehicle bumped him cause he didnt want to be stopped and surrounded. I guess nobody knows what started it. Traffic altercations actually can be started by one party. Maybe its the MC equivalent of "wilding".

Thanks for that, very informative. Is the system set so that the % responsibility is set by judge only, or is there some form of jury system which the defendant (or plaintiff?) can demand?

Everybody knows what started it. The trash talking was the bikers telling the RR to stop. The bikers were trying to block the freeway to do stunts, then bumped the RR and forced him to stop where they slashed a tire to keep him stopped. RR driver feared for his family's safety and fled.
Bikers were 100% responsible for the whole thing. This was not a random road rage thing. It was a terrorist gang attack on the RR.

NY is a pure comparative state.  The biker is going to get paid something.  They only need to show that the SUV driver was even 1% negligent for the biker to recover that 1%.

The only question here is if the SUV driver bought his policy from a decent, reputable insurance company that will actually pay  the biker instead of trying to wriggle out of it for "intentional act" on the part of the SUV driver.  As ridiculous as it sounds I could see some companies try to do that.  They'll certainly have to defend the driver, but they might try to avoid paying any indemnity.  He certainly has assets so hopefully he paid up for a good company.

I wouldn't count on this skell getting a nickle... Saw his rap sheet. 12 pages long. Several convictions; selling cocaine, illegal handgun among them with many other offenses. His drivers license has been revoked in NY and Mass.

He was committing a felony when we was run over... Justice can take many forms....

it gets even better, now an undercover cop on his own time was present when the guy got beat up.  now we have an IA investigation too.

cant wait to hear about the investigation.  I really hope the officer was there investigating and not just participating in his off time.  but either way it makes the police look bad.
