i would reall like to see the ability to pm a squaddie/buddy or anyone when they are offline and they see it as soon as they log on .
as i am a brit time zone issues sometimes upset communications and i see this as a way to aleviate this problem without having to log into forums all the time ...
please consider my request as i believe it would enhance my ah experience

I was actually thinking of something similar to this. For those of you who have Steam, it would be similar to that. For those of you who don't, I'll explain.
When you send a message to a 'friend' when they aren't online, they will get a message/icon that appears that says "You have a message". They don't have to read it if they don't want to, and it doesn't pop up out of nowhere if they are doing something. They have to actively click on the icon to get the message
I wouldn't mind seeing this in Aces High. Sometimes I've tried to <salute> a player, or congratulate them on something, when they either disconnect or log off. Due to timezone differences, I think this would be a useful tool. For those who are on your 'squelched' list, you wouldn't receive the messages in the normal "inbox" but instead in "spam" (like for emails).
Just a 'relatively simple' add-on. Not really important to the game itself, but I think it would be a nice thing to have at least.
Oh, would also be usable across servers (like if I'm in the DA and "PMing" someone in Midwar for example).
