An old bull and a young bull stand on a hillside, overlooking a pasture. The young bull says to the old bull, “Hey, let’s run down and bop one of those heifers.” The old bull replies, “let’s walk down and bop ‘em all.”

Finished.  Not being familiar with fancy architectural terms had me using the dictionary a bit more than usual, but splendidly written and fantastic attention to detail.

Just a little bump for anyone in the St. Louis area:

I'll be doing a signing at Rocking Horse Books on 11052 Olive Blvd in Creve Coeur on Saturday, Dec. 21st from 1-3pm.

So if you're in the St. Louis area and fancy picking up a signed copy (or two or four, great for gifts!) and meeting one of your resident Corsair nuts, now's your chance!

Congrats!

Out of curiosity, how many times did you get rejected by publishers? I had to write a children's book for a class in school, and on the suggest of my teacher, tried to get it published. Rejection sucks  :bhead.
You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

I had forgotten about this Sax until I saw this thread get bumped today.  I don't have a kindle, but decided to try out the Kindle App for my new Ipad, and it worked fantastically for getting your book from Amazon, it took me less than 5 minutes to download the app, figure it out, and purchase your novella.  I'm impressed so far, great work for a first publication, keep it up.

Quite a few. In part I was handicapped because it's a novella rather than a full-length novel, and was too long for a magazine.
