With a halfway decent hotas stick/throttle setup and a keyboard with the little bumps on F and J keys, you won't need to see the keyboard.  Or get a custom programmable accessory gaming keyboard to map specific commands to the gaming accessory keyboard.

With my old Saitek hotas, I almost never had to touch the keyboard.  If you're buying an oculus rift setup, you can certainly afford a decent programmable stick/throttle...

I'm only using my PS3 to watch Blue Ray's, my Raspberry PI with a USB drive is doing multimedia for me.
I'm still pissed they killed Linux for PS3.
My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

I'm getting one as soon as AH supports it.  I see that DK2 adds front/back /left/right tracking as well as yaw pitch and roll.

And includes a camera so you can see the keyboard (if you never bothered to learn how to type) and your beer.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

Some pretty impressive reviews of the preview version of Valve/Steam's VR headset.  Looks like OR is going to have some serious competitors, Sony is making one as well.  That can only be good for consumers, can't wait to see what comes in the next year with these things.
