Spinners were pretty much always RLM 70 afaik
If you traced over the default balkenkreuzen (it looks like you did), don't. They're junk. Proportion, size, placement, all wrong. Often in style too.
For proportions you can look at the nice chart that Devil posted, it's straight from RLM documents. I have that book and I think it specifies placement and size of the balkenkreuzen on the 109 as well, but I don't have it at school with me. Try to find pictures of 109s on the internet. In general, the underwing crosses are larger and the upper crosses are larger too iirc but also much closer to the wing root.
The problem with going off of profiles is that they're (very) often wrong, too. Balkenkreuz markings were fairly inconsistent throughout the war, and there are plenty of photographs of fighter aircraft with 'incorrect' markings for the time period, but in general unless you have one of them I'd go with the period correct markings regardless of what the profile shows.
