Same here as Ack Ack. I've been using this set for three years now and have never seen that message. Only problem I've ever had with the headset was the disconnection issue which is due to interference from a wifi AP. FYI - set the AP to use channel 1 or 11 will solve the issue,
I see my misunderstanding of your post. It could be a nearby wifi access point in the apartment where I live and there's nothing that I can do about that.
