There are two issues I'm having, actually. First, my right tow-break seems to be inoperative (the left works okay, except for the second problem I'll describe). Either from in-game or from the control panel utility, depressing the right tow-break yields no response.
The second issue is more severe, and is preventing me from playing AH with any success. I'm using my combat pedals in conjunction with a Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog controller set (joystick plus a throttle). When I hit the tow-breaks on my Saitek pedals several times in quick succession (which happens often when I'm in combat and jinking with rudder), all the lights on my Thrustmaster throttle go out and it appears to perform some sort of power-on reset. This causes all kinds of havoc in-game, as the Thrustmaster throws out all kinds of commands. For example, it cause the autopilot to engage, temporarily over-riding whatever control inputs I'm inputting. It also throws out random "check-six" calls. It also switches views randomly. All this makes combat essentially impossible. Given that the two problems seem to have started about the same time, I have to assume it's a problem with the Saitek pedals. The Thrustmaster gear seems to work fine with the Saitek pedals disconnected, but without rudders, my ACM and gunnery is severely hampered. Any thoughts from the community?
