The answer lays in the title of the book that the monitor is sitting on, "How to Maintain a Tidy Desk: For Dummies"  :devil

Offset stick, rather than center for me too.

I am, but I spend more time telling HER to clean up her part of the desk!

The answer lays in the title of the book that the monitor is sitting on, "How to Maintain a Tidy Desk: For Dummies"  :devil

No the books title is "How to crash with style : for Dummies"   :neener:

It's only a bit more cluttered now.

My gaming rig is hooked up to the projector in my home theater room. I have a table on each side of the lazyboy; stick on the right, throttle on the left, illuminated keyboard in my lap. Beer, wine or booze also on the left. Food on the right.

seems to me--putting stick in center would be harder to kick it left--but i'm a big guy--so maybe not for others :joystick:

What is the best position to put your joystick? Meaning center of the monitor, a little left or to the right? I wanna see what the aces high community thinks.
put it where it feels comfortable.not just because thats where the real one went

I put my elcheapo joystick on the right side of the keyboard.  Too lazy to program buttons other than the hat and guns so I left hand the keyboard a lot while flying.  Sorta like fishing with a split bamboo fly rod or hunting with a longbow.  I know a decent computer, nice stick and pedals, TrackIr and a fancy monitor would probably be an advantage, but I like things simple.

I like the C-clamp on the stick base...I have my stick sitting on the drawers of my desk and use my body to keep the drawers pushed in to hold the stick tight...I've got to figure out a way to attach my stick to the desk like that...
