This is a preview of a new ad we are going to use at Youtube.  Our goal is to put it up tomorrow, but we though we would share it with the community first.

I'm in the same boat.  I applaud the time and effort it took to come up with an ad, and I know that coming up with an advertisement isn't very easy.  The thing about ADs is who knows what will work and what won't...we're all different!

Not bad.  The massed B17's has a nice "oh wow" effect.  The video didn't showcase enough of what Aces High has to offer.  I can only hope and assume that more videos are on the way.   :aok

I would have used some of newer modeled planes "in action", such as the Mossi FB Mk IV strafing town buildings, or a Spitfire Mk IX vs a 109G-14, or a Ki43 vs a P40C, or even having Lancasters dropping bombs and fending off Luftwaffe fighters.

Looks like something I could put together..... and I suck!

Why not let the players on the board now "what" your looking for. What you "need" in an ad, be specific and then see what they can come up with. We have some pretty talented folk here who I'm sure would love to put something together to help out.

You guys "direct" let them "create".

That's what I was thinking Fugi.  I've always loved marketing and advertising (of course that was more back in high school), but my video editing skills are null.

I don't know, its missing fighter planes and action and explosions and air combat! I had to listen to it with no sound and it looked more like ending credits to a movie than a way to promote what the game has to offer. I think you'd have a better time if you used peoples videos and combinded certain parts from each film wit some suspensful music. But this looks pretty unflattering to say the least.
