     OMG pleeeeeeeeeeze dont air that anywhere. Been here since 2nd beta, love the helloutta this game n think htc rox for puttin up with all the whiners over the years.....

Folks, I think HTC has the feedback it needs by now. An effort was put forth to promote the game and I still believe it was a clever pitch. The community is always begging for upcoming info; well you got some.

People still have not seen this ad because not everyone logs into the forum daily. I think every single person who disliked this ad should post in here even if it takes months of this damn thread being up.. that way it sinks in and we never find ourselves watching something like that again.

  You dont seriously believe it's real do you?   Look at the GD forum,just the topics and then go watch the ad again and listen to what is said,might help if you dont actually watch the vid!

   But we need to keep this going as it needs quite afew more pages to qualify as the MoaT.

   I would think that was the point,an ad that sux isnt worth the effort!

      With all the complaints on the forum about the lack of this or that and we need this and that I think HTC just did what everyone was asking for but did so tongue in cheek.    But hey I dont want to stop this discussion at all,I've been enjoying the comedy alot!

   Maybe the boys at THC were into a couple of fatties and thats why they did it!

Hopefully they didn't go through with their threat to post it on Youtube.  They should wait until the new terrain/water/lighting is implemented and use some of the player-posted ideas or hire professionals to do the ads.  At the very least, the "voice talent" should stick to their day jobs.

In my opinion, it wasn't good but I still support it and will share it through social outlets. The game needs to grow with new subscribers all that it can. (On a side note: People should be considerate when people ask for help thru the orange text and not be a donkeys-arse about it)

Perhaps, it should have involved video of all aspects of the game with thriving music along with it.

I do agree it might be better to show the cockpits off that have been redone to the new standards but thought it was a decent video ad overall.  It was meant for YouTube after all, not PrimeTime...

What about shawk on stool on a slowly rotating platform, the camera is fixed on him hes simply repeats play aces high over and over, maybe get some dry ice in shot and a backing track, something by enya. The advert lasts maybe 5 minutes but never changes?

how about him in a straight jacket on that stool sayin "i gotta play aces high"
