to many to list, I am well aware of the gold farming type actions people are referring to and what that does to games, I just can't see it here. But I appreciate all responses, both positive and negative.

what I find funny is how you think your squad needs to share perks as they pride themselves on being the best in the game.

I never said this was about my squad? I never actually said what my intention actually was..

but just so you don't have to make up things that I am supposedly thinking I will tell you what I was thinking.

People keep complaining that perks are hard to earn, the perk system is a joke and our beloved game is on the decline. So I threw out a concept that I thought might energize people into logging on more, playing as a team more, flying more. I was ready for any feed back positive or negative.. I just wanted to hear reasons.

What have you done to contribute lately? oh yeah.. nothing.

(Image removed from quote.)

What if you could select how your perks were scored? What if they could go to a squad pool of perks, so the guys who don't play as often could still up a perked plane when the entire squad decides to do so?

I made the demo image above to show proof of concept.

Will be interesting to hear peoples thoughts.

Bluberry:  Shrink your pic.  We don't all have 27" monitors  :D

I have no issue with new players getting a chance to try some perk rides.  If anything its a bonus to everyone else really (killing jets is fun).  That said, I don't think transferable perks are the answer.  Keep the ideas coming.

Sorry about the pic size! I was wondering if that was an issue, I tried a resize but was worried the clipboard would be unreadable. thanks for the feedback.  :salute

I have somewhere aroud 30k of fighter perks. I could run a ton of suicide missions with that.

I just want to make sure people are understanding that this is not something you can just transfer existing perks to.. None of your personal perks could be moved into squad perks. On the clip board you would select Squad, and then once in flight any perks earned would go into the squad chest, your personal pools would receive none.

So even if you have 30k perks.. that doesn't mean anything.. your squad pool would start at 0 and could not accept transfers.

Think: multiple accounts and NO.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

I think chalenge is implying that shade accounts are the work of the devil and that by sharing perks one could terrorise the population whenever they feel like it.

Cannot see what would be good in it. Flying a k4/spit9/la5/ki84 gives you 200 perks in a week easily.

I personally see no problem with the perk system as it sits. A squad perk pool would simply mean that the huge horde squads would suck up all the newer players with promises of 262's and B-29's for all.

I'm not sure how I feel about this idea. I don't really care one way or the other. I would like to have something to do with my mass or perks though. One idea I kind of liked was the ability for the mission planner to put his perks into his mission so people joining the mission in a perked plane can use the mission planners perks if they don't have enough. So if the mission was a CV attack and someone wanted to up in the C-Hog but didn't have enough perks, they could still join in one and the perks would be taken out of the mission planners perks.

Right now the only thing I can spend my perks on is perked planes, and I don't really like the perked planes. The only perk plane I fly from time to time is a 262. I love my 30 ENY rides far more than any of the perked rides so I'm just racking up thousands of perks a month with no use for them.
