Just to add to this discussion, giving 'attack' perks to a Storch (or this case the Lysander) when they either auger an attacking fighter or, they drop smoke within X yards of a GV and it is killed within Y minutes.

Incentive the use of spotter planes, create a market then adding another version down the road becomes useful.
