But one of the reasons I posted this because we have all sorts of Uber AC but only a few uber GVs, the Jagdpanther, tigers, and the wirble.

The wirble is not über. :old:

I rather think the SU-85 and SU-100 would be more appropriate additions at this time.  Tiger II's ought to be hard to kill.  They are the premium perk vehicle.

I agree with Karnak, we need more Russian vehicles.
And we gotta give the 251 a 75mm PaK gun. :aok

Panther, Firefly.

The fact is that our ratio of super vehicle to not-super vehicle is far higher than our ratio of super plane to not-super plane.

This is exacerbated by the fact that a D3A1 is quite capable of punching little holes in your Me262 and shooting it down, whereas a Type 97 Chi-Ha is quite incapable of punching holes in your Tiger II and destroying it.  These things are much more absolute with GVs than they are with airplanes.

Airplanes even have more of a trade off.  Sure, a non-dumb Me262 driver isn't going to get killed by a D3A1 driver, but that D3A1 driver can make himself almost unkillable by the Me262 through use of his plane's strengths.  There is little that the Type 97 Chi-Ha driver can do to avoid being rapidly killed when faced with any of the tanks we already have in AH.

We don't need another GV, we need another concrete hugger even less.

Then after that can we have the Maus to kill the Jagdtiger?

You realize, of course, that is just going to stay true to human form and keep escalating.  :old:

And this is especially more so in an environ where armoured fighting vehicle bounce off of or get mugged and raped by the trees and other ground objects they desperately need to get close to for camouflage, cover and concealment.

We don't need "gold ammo" to kill it, we just bomb it. :D

The king of long range tank battles is the Jagdpanther.  The 10X optics and the 88mm KwK 43 L/71 main gun is truly king in AH. When operated by properly trained crewman or crewmen with a bit of experience it was devastating in WWII.  Unmatched, really.

However, the bane of any of the turret-less AFV's in AH is going to be a laddie with the bravado of brass 'nads flying to the flank in an M18.

Don't try and beat the King Tiger, Tiger, Panther, or Jadgpanther in a long range duel using the same long range tit-for-tat tactic unless you have the utmost confidence you can adjust your fire quicker than the other guy.  You're only playing roulette when you do so.

Snailman, I remember seeing my 88 round from my Jagdpanther pen. your turret from less than 1k out and do little damage to your T2. This would have been a very different story if I had a Jagdtiger.  :D

I think there should be a king of the tanks and a king of the tank destroyers, which is currently the underwhelming Jagdpanther, which would be like having only the tiger 1. The Jagdtiger would be the premium tank destroyer, as the T2 is the premium tank.  :D

Correct me if Im wrong but doesnt the Jagdpanther have the same 8.8 pak 43/L71 gun as the Tiger ll? "Underwhelming"?

"Frightening" is more like it.

We need the SU-100 in order to get a Soviet TD thats even in its class. "Any" other then German TD in its class. To be honest I think that 43/L71 gun was the best armor killer in the war.
